I will not talk too much about how mindfulness is important. I mean, there’s no doubt about that. It’s one of those things that people think about all the time. But, even if you haven’t practiced it, something is going on inside you that is, in theory, good enough. That’s an interesting insight I’ve been trying to bring to some of these questions, like why is mindfulness important?

Being able to be present in your experiences allows you to see things through the lens of your suffering, and to find peace in your suffering. You may take on a distinct feeling, a different thought. Many people who practice meditation say they want to see a whole tree grow in the way they’ve always imagined it growing. It’s just like a tree growing on its trunk–you have to take it one small step at a time.
The practice of mindfulness increases your mental health and wellbeing. You feel calm and fulfilled all the time, especially when you’re feeling tense and distracted. It’s important to consider how you react to stressful events. You may feel you’re responding to it with a reactive emotional response, like your heart is racing or your head is spinning. Stressful events could trigger the feeling such as a stressful situation that makes you feel anxious.
The feeling of anxiety is a stress response. Calming yourself and reducing the stress may cause your feeling more calm. If you can reduce the emotional reactivity by meditating, the natural response of your brain is to experience a calm relaxation.

So that’s why it’s it’s wise or it’s very important to understand that this cohesion that’s happening between the physical sense and the subtle sense, which is the mind, which is located in the heart. So what are we feeling where emotions are going to affect our physical body and whatever is affecting the physical body is going to affect our emotions. So understanding this, we keep all those in balance, not necessarily just the physical body, but also the mind where.
