What is the cycle of life? What it involved in those three stages of life cycle? Now, we talked about circadian rhythms in the sleep, digestive and, of course, the day cycle, but also the main important cycle is a life cycle. And what is the progression as we age? This is causing like welcome to another episode of Cosmic. You know, we discussed all the different cycles, but the mother of all cycles, of course, is the life cycle and which every one of us goes through.

And even clients and animals go through similar cycles. You know, the cosmos is going by the tweak energies both of up and how those transit through our life. And this is the way if we know and we kind of understand that when we kind of figure out what and why and how we are going to sort of things in our childhood into our adulthood. And as we’re aging, we’re getting older. So the big thing, of course, is the cuffy cycle, which is coming from zero to about 16, where there is a lot of growth, there is lubrication, there is smoothness because our brings in smoothness binding.

It brings in cohesion. It brings growth. It brings because it’s many of the elements, earth and water. So in the growing years between birth and 16 or 17 years, the child is growing. They’re eating small grains or small food, and it’s growing into their bones and tissues. So this is the part where everything the child takes in the nutrients and everything and they really get into the system or get into your bones, the tissues, the organs, and rebuilds fast.

So growth is very, you know, the primary goal of the body.

And of course, Kofax is what that is. It brings cohesion. It brings things together. It’s Earth, it’s heavier. So combining those with good nutrients will help the child grow. And this way, when issues are happening, where know you either if you understand or in the Vedic text, the likes qualities that are like the energies will increase that doescher. But the opposite qualities will kind of balance because now we are born with all the bought up and up and depending on our property, which is of course what we are getting from a parent, what we are born as a constitutional dojo where because of the parents or because of their DNA, it’s all really kind of increased.

So if you had a mother or father who had a high cuffy at the point where they were conceived, the child is more likely to have the similar energy starting. So this way, when you understand the property, you are basically on the stage. If there is a lot of weight gain, if the child is having lost sweets, because the tendency to have those is very natural. And if it goes over the balance, you know, there’s going to be weight gain.

A lot of other issues. If there is a lot of dryness, we need to do the opposite qualities. So this we understand which cycle is coming through. At that age, you’re able to balance the diet balance of activities and your abs to kind of counteract the cuffy that’s kind of increasing. But if a child who has doesn’t have that much nourishment or is not growing as fast as the other, then obviously they would need more caffeine in their diet.

That means their property was maybe too much better where the cuffy is just burnt quickly and used up quickly. Or maybe the activity is too much where they’re running around or they’re you’re asking me to the young age and they’re doing a lot more. So understanding all these situations, you get an idea where I get there as a practitioner. I understand where those symptoms, if the child is having those symptoms which is called the property.

So it’s easy for me to understand where and how it’s coming from. And this is how I make up the Arabs or the diet to the balance that doescher that’s increasing. And this is what the stage you are between 16, what, 45, 50, where your conditions are. You are stronger, you’re healthier, you’re bigger, your faster. You think about where you want to travel the world. You do everything you want to commit. You want to be someone. You want to make money. You want to have a family. Where is Thomas or just where it’s really desire and it’s really there to create? And this is what evolution is. We need some of that to create. And then comes, of course, the fourth estate, which is the slowing down state where we are basically catabolic state, where in the beginning you are an alcoholic, where you’re you’re increasing, you’re adding on tissues in a couple of states.

But after 50, you are really in the catabolic where you’re going down to reading. Your tissues are burning even faster. Your metabolism, if it’s not picking up, then obviously it cannot digest and to consuming the same one food that you are doing in the state where your fire was really high. You cannot digest because your kid is going to slow down as that stage happens. So this way you understand that’s why I love the elderly in the seventies or sixties are eating much less the activities, less their desires are less where they’re more in the Soviet state in the mind, where they’re going to be wiser than the worst.

They’re stronger when they’re in their twenties. They were stronger, but not as wiser. We all wish we had the strength in the twenties, but the mind when we were in their 60s or 50s. So it’s very important to understand these life cycles. We’re cough up food and water. Well, we’re going through even the plants go through the similar. Even the animals go through this in the stages. And this way you understand what to bring in, which those have to balance off the increasing boutcher in that state.

And we want to bring you back towards that, because coming an away in life, we all do.
