Most about IBS, the symptoms that come with IBS and, of course, you know what we could do to prevent, but we really didn’t find this like, you know, we discuss IBS a few days ago. We talk about symptoms and how it can happen and the different symptoms. So today I thought we’ll discuss how we can remedy those symptoms or help prevent those symptoms, especially, you know, gas, bloating, cramping, constipation, diarrhea, which are the three major symptoms.
[00:00:34.440]
If you have it clinically, you can end up having IBS inflammation. So, you know, digestive gas bloating basically is a digestive issue where the stomach acid is not strong enough. It’s not being produced enough for many reasons. Either you’re eating too fast or eating too much at one time, or eating fried foods for a long period. So the best thing would be initial thing would be maybe outsider. You know, everybody’s heard about apple cider vinegar and that could be something that you would try for sure, having some apple cider with your food, like your salads and stuff.
[00:01:10.170]
But I would definitely avoid, you know, a lot of salads, a lot of raw foods if you’re having, you know, continuous gas and bloating and, you know, blood type A’s and B’s have that where they’re producing less stomach acid. And apple cider is one of those things that you can help to make sure you’re breaking those foods down properly in the stomach, you know, drinking with just the warm water that would be fine or just sprinkling or just having a teaspoon in your and your food itself.
[00:01:42.450]
You know, one of the best herbs that I’ve seen, this works really well with digestive and everybody knows is and very simple is Ginger. Ginger is one of the best things you can do with your meals by cutting some plain ginger and boiling it and keeping it and just having that warm cup of water with or just after your meal, if you’re having these ongoing, you know, gas and bloating issues. So, Ginger, I like to put fennel.

[00:02:14.290]
I definitely like some fennel. I just let leave some fennel in the pot for a while and just let it cool. And with some ginger, that’s one of the best things you can have. Fennel and ginger for a digestive. These are bitters. So they break down all your food properly. That’s why you see these in the restaurants. A lot of fennel being served in, especially in Indian restaurants afterwards. And that’s what it is when you chew that.
[00:02:38.460]
It’s very digestive, but especially having it with warm water, it really removes all those nutrients from the euro, from the ginger and the self and gets into the water and warm water or hot water will break all that mucus down or break all that fat and digest food just like fire, which is hot. It once you put anything towards the fire and it will melt. And that’s what you’re trying to do, is melt that excessive fat or oil that you’ve just eaten and kind of flow it through.
[00:03:08.340]
So that’s why I came up with this formula that has most of these herbs in there, because everybody doesn’t want to make, you know, put ginger, cut ginger and put it in, you know, every time I get to that work. So I created first I create a ginger and honey syrup. This is a ginger, just organic ginger with honey. This is my product. Ecoflo natural. As you can see on our website, it’s called a ginger honey syrup.
[00:03:34.740]
And you just take a teaspoon, put it with some warm water with about two or three ounces of warm water and drink that with every meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner if you have to, or specifically your larger meals, which is where it’s causing more of that gas and bloating. And then, of course, I came to something a little stronger, which is a tincture which you can add to a particular team. Now, this has ginger, peppermint, licorice.
[00:04:00.720]
It also has gelatine and copters. All these Arabs are very essential in Breaking Bad food matter of property. These are bitters because they’re bitter. They break down the sweet, sour, the pungent taste and really affected me. So, you know, having that with just some water, some tea, even if you don’t have it’s good to have a digestive because as we age, you know, you’re not the same as twenty or when you’re twenty or you know, when you’re fifty or when you’re eighty.
[00:04:31.230]
So I’m definitely for older people, this is very effective to have in larger meals. Just having that with your meals, have a cup of tea with all these herbs mixed with cinnamon nutmeg. You can also mix that in there, too. One of the few fruits that I’ve seen that really helps with the gas and the bloating is papaya. My parents are a big fan of guy in Jamaica. We get a lot of papayas.
[00:04:58.710]
I’m not sure. I don’t remember them. If you do, but I’m sure you’ve got to go. No, I’m sure they do, of course. But in Jamaica Estates and have they a habitual thing that we have every day because the weather is tropical throughout the year, supervised very warming and very digested. If you’re having gas, bloating, constipation, whatever you need to do, papaya, papaya with every meal, papaya, especially with breakfast and lunch in the morning and in the afternoon, of course, not at night.
[00:05:24.830]
And having that just room temperature, you know, we buy ours from Trader Joe’s, you know, just get a green one. You leave it in the oven, of course, just for a few nights, just for it to ripen and have that in the morning. It’s the best thing to break that mucus, of course, and break that digestive, you know, gas. But, of course, it comes in capsules. Also papaya. You know, they come up with these enzymes, which are called papaya.
[00:05:49.760]
So basically what having the fruit is, it’s a big wonder. You know, let’s move on to conservation. I’m sure a lot most of you have gone through constipation. You know, I have, of course I am that body type of body type. And of course, when I should do a high protein diet, that’s where you will see a lot more. So conservation is basically there is less hydration, less water, and there is less oil, more fat in the system where it’s not lubricating the food that’s in the colon.
[00:06:20.660]
So it doesn’t pass through, you know, properly, or it’s very hard for it to pull through. And, of course, the third is where the IBS comes in, where the muscles are not performing at all. The peristalsis isn’t happening. So, you know, one of the few things I love to have my family, my wife loves to have, is a first thing in the morning. We have a cold glass of hot water. You know, having that is a kind of pushes everything through, cleanses the film that’s formed over night while you’re sleeping.
[00:06:44.450]
That’s normal. And that’s the best way before you start your coffee, before you do anything else on green tea, just to have that hot water and one at night just before you sleep. Now, we already had you know, if you see the Chinese, they have this hot cup of water with every meal and now they eat more rice, more noodles, more than Engli. But you’ll never see them gain any weight because the hot water really breaks that and mucus down and breaks that side again down.
[00:07:11.180]
So water also pushes the food through the corn and the oil or the key, you know, should be in your diet, too, which to lubricate and make sure it’s smoothly going through. Now, fibre is very essential also because fibre creates the ball. When the bulk is created in the colon, it extrudes out and the brain understands there’s matter there. We need to vacuum and that’s where it uses the peristalsis. So that’s a really an excellent remedy.
[00:07:40.910]
Of course, again, having Ginger, once you have Ginger and those Fennell’s, you will not get into the constipation. So you see one thing leads to the other. So if you’re digesting your food properly, you hopefully will not have constipation. No, because you travel it out, you know, the fast food and stuff you happen to because you eat out, it’s OK having to follow. You know, triple-A is one of those things where it’s a blend of three herbs and all of you baby girl from India.
[00:08:07.430]
And this is very effective in stimulating those nerves in the colon. The person is, you know, making sure that this is happening. So it’s really effective. It’s not like a laxative where you can overdo it. You can have it on long term. It has a lot of other benefits. It’s really used to pacify Votto, which is constipation is me too much. Laughter. So Travilla, you know, one at night or two at night, very effective if it’s an acute problem where you constipated for two or three days or four days straight or you just came from travel about six, eight, that’s the best thing.
[00:08:42.620]
Now combining that with magnesium, remember we talked about magnesium in our last episode, all the different types. So magnesium helps relax your muscles throughout the body and what it does in the colon. It, of course, relaxes those muscles. So it’s not a laxative. It’s not doing anything to peristalsis or the nerves. It’s just relaxing those muscles. So what happens if there’s enough fiber, enough you know who does that? It’s just going to fall through and it’s becomes easier so you don’t have to push.
[00:09:11.120]
So there isn’t much ease of movement through the colon. It’s a combination of these, you know, especially when I’m traveling or when we travel. My wife really likes to, you know, take this with her because, you know, you eat out if you went out for a week. Very important to have so thing to at night of magnesium and to fill up will make sure things are moving properly. And if there’s an acute, you can always take more.
[00:09:35.600]
You’re going to take three or four of the magnesium and or you could take six or eight of the other. You know, there’s really no side effect. The only thing is, you know, the stools were just going to fall through. It’s not like having diarrhea, you know, not to be rushing to the bathroom or anything. It just helps you ease through. But water and heat and oil in your diet or fat in your diet, very important to make sure we’re not having, you know, constipation.
[00:09:58.520]
And, of course. Diarrhea. No, diarrhea is, you know, one thing I mentioned earlier was in my last episode is something the body doesn’t like and that’s why it’s being pulled through. So, of course, you know, bacteria infection, silver used silver a lot. I travel with silver, a sovereign liquid silver that’s very effective. But also that I came up with my formula is a charcoal. You know, charcoal not only gets rid of gas, but it’s bound to that bacteria, bad or good.
[00:10:26.460]
And Ill pull it through and it’s like a magnet. So it pulls all that material that’s in the colon and starts start flushing through. You know, we use charcoal in ages for detoxifying, for cleansing, and you can do that regularly. So what I did is I added peppermint to it. So this way, the charcoal, the deputy can work as a digestive aid also where you can have it with every meal.
[00:10:50.460]
So what if it’s terrible, you know, diarrhea, make sure you’re hydrating and you can definitely do the charcoal? I would do it on three times a day, of course, but the magnesium stopped the drip a lot because that’s the opposite. You can definitely have some binding food, you know, complex carbs, like just rice and yogurt. It’s a great remedy to stop some of that diarrhea. And if it’s really acute, you could do as you know, you could cook two apples and add some nutmeg and cinnamon with it to help you, you know, make like an apple sauce and have that two, three times a day.
[00:11:27.660]
And you’ll see the diarrhea, you know, really stops. If there is no apple, you could definitely try the banana. The banana has enough potassium to bind with in the islands. We use a lot of bananas for if somebody has bad diarrhea because that just stops and then you can figure out what’s really happening and why the diarrhea is really going on. But of course, make sure you’re hydrating. The diarrhea continues, you know, two or three days while trying on these remedies will take more days.
[00:11:50.310]
Make sure you are having make sure you go to the doctor and check out, see what’s really going on. But, you know, while driving also we travel with the charcoal, got gas, and of course, good probiotics due the two things travel, food poisoning, original foods. You got diarrhea, boom. You take three or four or maybe up to six for a day or two. Everything is back to normal. So those are a little quick remedies.
[00:12:15.990]
I know I was a little fast because I just wanted to call a quick, you know, three major symptoms that occur with IBS, constipation, diarrhea and, of course, gas bloating. So a lot of home remedies, lot of supplements as well. And I’ve created a lot of these supplements on my own where I’ve seen, you know, in the 20 years that I’ve been doing this learning and I kind of tweaking them, putting one thing and combining so it’s easier for people to use.
[00:12:40.140]
So you can check out that on your website. You can go to the shop section and look for equal flow, Ecoflo Natural’s. That’s my brand of supplements. If you have any question, please comment and hope this was helpful. So everybody has a safe and great weekend. We’ll see you next week, Monday. Thank you.
