Can A Plant-Based Diet Reverse Cancer?
Can Cancer Be Reversed With Diet? Is it possible to reverse breast cancer risk? Well, there is a significant possibility that it can be and what I am talking about is by reversing the cancer rate through your diet. There are certain foods that we consume in excess and these are the foods that increase the level of the hormone estrogen in the body, which increases the risk of developing cancer.
One of the known causes of estrogen is diets rich in red meat, dairy products, and processed foods. So, if you want to lower your risk of developing breast cancer then you should definitely consider a plant-based diet as an alternative to the traditional western diet.
Not only can this diet help in reducing your breast cancer risk, but it can help in other cancers too. For instance, it can help in reducing the risk of prostate cancer. Prostate cancer is one of the leading causes of death for men in America and this statistic is going to keep on rising if nothing is done to prevent it. Also, cancer of the colon can be prevented by adopting a plant-based diet as part of your weight loss plan. Cancer in the mouth can be prevented by avoiding foods like hot dogs, sausages, processed meats, and any product containing saturated fats.
If you are concerned about your weight, then you might like to consider implementing a diet that will help in increasing your metabolic rate. A fast metabolism rate means that you burn off more calories than you consume, which helps to reduce your weight. And we have found that those who have a high-fat diet have a high insulin level, which increases their cancer risk. So, if you are concerned about your weight, then make sure you include foods that help in raising your metabolic rate and this reduces the cancer risk substantially.
Can Cancer Be Reversed With Diet? What Foods Contribute To Heart Disease?
Following a well-balanced diet is important for cancer prevention. By simply avoiding junk food, processed foods, and other unhealthy foods, the cancer patient can reduce his risk of developing heart disease. However, if you feel your diet has been lacking lately, see your nutritionist or doctor for suggestions on what foods to eat and which ones to avoid. Following a healthy diet does not mean you have to totally give up your favorite foods; just keep it healthy by choosing a balanced diet full of fresh fruits, vegetables, and fiber.
Although it may be true, that red wine is good for you, there is some evidence suggesting that it might also lower the risk of type 2 diabetes. According to the American Heart Association, women who drink alcohol at least two drinks a day are at a greater risk of diabetes than women who do not drink at all. Avoiding alcohol altogether is another piece of the cancer prevention puzzle. If you want to get help to quit alcohol, talk to your doctor about other ways for controlling diabetes as well.
There is no single answer to the question of “what foods contribute to heart disease.” Different studies have shown different results, with some studies showing a positive impact of dairy products, while others showing no such effect. Since most diabetes cases in the U.S. are cardiovascular, it is likely that the evidence will continue to grow in coming years as researchers learn more about the various risk factors for heart disease. While diabetes is the most common cause of cancer, other population-based factors such as obesity and tobacco use also contribute to the condition.
How To Prevent Breast Cancer Metastasis With Cosmic Mike
[00:00:00.060]
Your feet are bigger. Let your feet be bigger than your fear. Hi, this is Mike, and welcome to another episode of Funnymen Wednesday. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. And I just wanted to say a couple of words, you know, towards all these women that either are experiencing or have someone that has experience with breast cancer in your family or friends. You know, I have not directly, but my wife’s family, direct family they have.
[00:00:34.350]
And I just want to shout out to them and wish them all the best. They have fought through a lot and they have been through a lot. And I wish them all the courage, the best of health now throughout their lives and managing and doing what they did. You know, in my 20 years of being in 15 years, being a nutritionist now and coming across a lot of people, you know, helping them with some supplement and diet, of course.
[00:01:03.690]
And, you know, I did help a lot of those women that either went through chemo or came after or were going to do chemo or were diagnosed with breast cancer. So not that I specialize in post care, but I have done a lot of consultations with a lot of these women. And in my nutrition class, I studied under Dr. Michael Murray where he wrote most of my syllabus and my current books where he talked about cancer. And he is a very known Amazon best seller book.
[00:01:40.950]
That’s why I wanted to just do this with you on the resources. What is available online, I’m sure you may be aware, but just, you know, on the site of the alternative integrative protocols that are out there that you can do in conjunction with the conventional medicine or the conventional protocols on the medicines that you’ll be taking like chemo or radiation. And these are guided again, you know, with doctors, MDs that are managing this. One of the main websites that I like to send more my clients to is cancer tutor dot com.
[00:02:20.460]
Just I’m going to put both these links below my video cancer tutor. And those are one of the you know, they have offices basically in most of the states and they are a group of M.D. that are doing these other modalities or other therapies that are involved in cancer, which have been discovered or talked about or written since the late, late 1920s and by different doctors, by different scientists. And some of them would be B 17 chelation therapy, detox therapy.
[00:02:52.230]
There is also the. Cannabis, of course, the lot of popular ones is the butling protocol, so there are a lot of these alternative integrative therapies that are out there and these doctors who are familiar with chemo and radiation, but like to incorporate other natural or other different therapies or immunotherapy as such into their protocols also. So it’s good to understand and learn something from them. So I usually guide them toward those kinds of offices or those kind of organizations where they’re helping these women, not only with just the therapies also they have meditation, they have psychologists on staff.
[00:03:44.300]
So helping them more on the psychological level also, because I think, again, mind, body spirit is a combination of perfect health. So when someone is really going through all of these tough conditions or issues in their life and, you know, balancing the mind and the emotions is also very important. So your body can, you know, kind of get you through, because I think with all my talks we have seen with all my videos, my greatest belief is having faith in myself, having faith in my own body where it is dear to heal itself.
[00:04:20.090]
If I just give it some time, give it some patients, give it enough nutrients and enough, I would say therapies and stuff for enough activities in my daily life so it can balance itself so you can fight certain things. So, you know, trying. My suggestion always to these clients of course, is always why not understand these other modalities? Why not take a look where you can incorporate them, balance them to the other? What the doctors are suggesting, of course, you want to, you know, follow what the doctors say or you want to get your suggestions from the doctors and the diagnosis and the prognosis, of course.
[00:05:00.200]
But it’s always good to do your due diligence. It is always good to understand exactly what you’re going through and what they are recommending and what else is out there. And you’ll read a lot of different things, of course, on the Internet. But the Internet also can lead you away with different questions, more than just answers. So finding out yourself, you know, cancer to dotcom is one of the main ones I like to recommend. There is another one, I think, which is really helpful is I can beat cancer dotcom, which is also some of these modalities where the doctors see the differences, which one is better, which one can go in chemo, which one you should do first.
[00:05:44.780]
So it is very important to know those things. And these are some of the resources. Also, now the books that I have read in my past, of course, is one of these which I like to go back to as my manual or my reference is Outsmart You, Outsmart Your Cancer. From Tanya Pierce. And one of my favorite ones, which is on the best selling book is on Amazon, is by Dr. Murray How to How to Treat or How to Prevent and Treat Cancer by Dr.
[00:06:14.000]
Michael Murray. And, you know, there are a lot of other ones. There’s another one third one that I have read in the past week about your cancer by Dr. Matteus. Right. Then he would know, he’s a German scientist who did all his research on cancer therapies and how cancer comes by. Now, there are a lot of differences. You know, suggestions out there, but I know sometimes it can get confusing and overwhelming, but it’s good to understand all these different options that are available because nowadays we have these options.
[00:06:46.020]
I mean, they were there before, but we didn’t know where to find them and how to find them here online and all the, you know, suggestions online. You can research a lot of different ed basically forums where you can talk to different people, different women who have gone through certain things in their life, the diets they have done afterwards. And this is where, you know, I have studied or I have experienced a lot is understanding the diet after chemo, after radiation or managing some of those symptoms, the aftercare or the after therapies, really.
[00:07:20.550]
And, you know, I’ll be doing some interviews with some of these clients where they can give their testimonials on what they did and what protocols they followed after their therapies and stuff and how they manage. So just wanted to say, you know, wishing all the women out there with or without cancer, of course, and, you know, wishing everyone safe, healthy and, you know, just believing in yourself that everything does not last forever, where whatever you are going through now will overcome the guilt.
[00:07:54.540]
Just having faith in yourself, having faith in your doctors, having faith in your medicines, having faith in yourself and renewing or having faith in your family is very important, where the strongest of faith can get you through a lot of different things. So I hope this was helpful and I would oppose some of those links and those books underneath here. If you have any questions, please reach out to me. That is causing Mike, have a happy Wednesday and the rest of the week.
[00:08:19.380]
Have a safe rest of the week. Good night. Thank you.
