And we’re going to talk a little more detail about it today. And I’m going to post tomorrow and the day after the recipes, the menu ingredients. That way, you get started over the weekend and then we begin on Monday. Basically, it’s going to be a three day died. They’ll we got to go on a three day cleanse. We’re going to do it’s not a fasting, but just a cleanse. And it’s Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. So it’s a lot of you join in, a lot of you, you know, whoever is interested.

These are great claims or a great thing to do in the fall when we want to purge everything we want to, not we’re going to do just not the diet, but we also are going to do the emotional cleanse, the heaviness in the mind, in the heart. We’re going to do some basic yoga postures which help cleanse the mind, cleanse your heart, I guess, and get those emotions out, because getting ready for the winter, we want to fire up our digestive system, fire for, you know, cleansing in the colon to make sure it’s working properly and clean where it can push things through.

So do things we want to get. So it’s going to last for three days. We’re going to not do certain things, are eating certain foods. I’m sure maybe some of you may prefer doing it on the weekends, but for me, the weekdays are good. And I think this is the way many people are working from home. So it might be easier. You’re not going out there and it’s not like you’ll be rushing to the bathroom.

Waiting is just a simple, more cooked food, softer food, I would say, which is easy. Digest it. So we give the system some kind of rest and not bombarded with original foods or ice creams and cakes and chocolates and all those snacks that we have in between. And basically it’s to kind of get the resources so the body can help fight other issues that are going on in the system, not just digest the food and we give it some kind of break, but we give enough nutrients and nourishment to the tissue during those three days where you have enough energy and you able to do your daily activities.

If you want to do it for the weekend, that’s fine. You want to do it in the weekdays with me. That’ll be great. I’ll be posted in the morning and an evening. Just going to give you insights on what’s happening. I’m going to put breakfast, lunch, dinner. What are you going to do in between? How much water are you going to drink? And you can change it, I guess. I mean, you know, I want to cheat a little also myself, and we’ll talk about that as well.

So first thing first, what are we going to do, which is actually diet and fitness, basically what you can call porridge or soft rice. We’re going to include some spices in there and we’re going to include some vegetables in there. And the vegetables we’re going to work with not all the vegetables, but the cleansing vegetables, which I don’t give you a list right now, you know, like radish, onions, asparagus, sprouts, you know, brussel sprouts.

And these are very nourishing and very cleansing of the system. Broccoli, zucchini, they’re soft, they’re easy. They can break down free of the system. It doesn’t have to work hard. Chow, kale, garlic and ginger. Make sure we have some ginger in their okra, broccoli. So those are some vegetables that I’ll be posting this tomorrow on my post where you can see the list and veggies that we will not do.

Are these be the nightshade, tomatoes, cayenne, bell peppers, eggplant? Because those could be, you know, allergic to some cause inflammation. So we’re going to stay away from this. And this is you could say it’s a more diet where we’re eliminating a lot of things and slowly introduce them later on. The spices will include cilantro, curry, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, ginger, you know, America, of course, and black pepper.

Those are all digestive the oils. We’ll be using a lot of these and using a lot of olive oil. Coconut oil clarified butter. If you can get some grass fed butter, that’s what we’re going to be using on the food side. You know, I would prefer you do only apples, pears, grapefruit, papaya and berries, because we want to stay away from all the high sugar fruits and, of course, as many foods as possible.

But these four or five foods are very gentle, easier than someone. They don’t like the blood sugar because remember; we are not only trying to eat less. Very simple, but we are also making sure the liver, the kidneys, the pancreas, all those are not just digesting your food or, you know, giving all the resources to digest the food and give you some time so they can balance other things and nourish themselves and cleanse themselves. We would refrain from definitely dairy, no cheese, any processed foods because we want to eat only the country.

Morning, afternoon, evening. But we going to add different things to it. Different vegetables, you know, cheese takes a little bit and refrain from meat completely. And you can have meat, fish, poultry, alcohol for sure. Of course. And no breads, pastas. I’m going to stay and follow the carbs meat. Salads, of course, raw foods. We’re going to stay away from raw food because the goal here is to be to just get some nourishment from the food that’s cooked or steamed.

It becomes mushy, just like a baby who was having baby food because it’s easier for the stomach not to refrain from nuts for the three days. You know, I’m a big fan of cashews stuff, and that’s going to be a big problem for me. So that’s definitely going to be, you know, eliminating what we call a word that no, let’s see the fiber now. Sometimes what happens is when we’re doing the kitchen, eliminating a lot of these things and you’re having just the category of its own vegetables, it may be like a fiber in the system.

So you make you know, you may get a feel and not able to go to the bathroom or there’s just not enough fiber to create both. So we may have to compensate that with some psyllium. I would do some magnesium. It might help loosen the stools. Triple-A is a great power. That’s not an accident, but really effective in moving the cooling muscles and, you know, making sure there’s peristalsis. There’re Kroons. You can have a couple of rooms at night to make sure everything is moving through the spaces that would use, of course.

Ginger Cardamone, curcumin. Cuminseed, cigars mean those are some teas you could also make those entities because we’ll be having all hot teas on food soups. We can also include soups, but nothing heavy, no heavy dairy, soups or soups, clear soups. That would be the best thing. And it’s something you can see through. So brought those would be fine, but not raw food, no salads. And because we want the system again to just do the least amount of work to digest this food, and the country is going to have enough nourishment because we’re going to introduce a lot of these lentils or dollars such which has the protein which have to be complex and most of the nutrients that we need.

And they’re easily, you know, broken down with the system once they’re cooked in a certain way. So. That’s all that in a nutshell. I mean, that’s what we’re going to do. Are we going to replace the country with one of those? You can also do quinoa and couscous. You can introduce that instead of rice, if you prefer. And the rice, I would, you know, try to get the jasmine, not the Jesuits idea, basmati rice, the tenor and the lighter, because the whole goal, again, is to do lighter as much as possible so we can feel lighter and, you know, refrain from all the heavy foods, though, the earthy foods, I would say, like, you know, potatoes and stuff.

So we will not have any potatoes or any potatoes that are there. The food’s definitely we want to stay with fruits that we want to stay away from mangos and bananas, melons, because there’s a high sugar a little, you know, toxic to the liver, of course, for insulin. So I’m going to post all these and I’m going to put those together. Exactly. Parties. And the goal is just not to have anything cold, no ice, no cold water, no cold drinks as many times as possible, as much water as possible, warm or room temperature or hot even.

That’s ideal way because heat or breaks down the amount. And we spoke last week. So congestion, we want to break as much congestion down, you know, refrain from the yogurts and the dairy, which would cause more congestion. So. I hope it was a lot, but I’m going to put those together. I’m going to put those on whatever I spoke on my feet by tomorrow so you could see exactly the ingredients we’re going to have. We’re going to need and we will not do.

And one of those I have one that I saw myself. I have done it. And there are a couple of them going to treat them a little. So we have a little of original foods. We don’t get bored with it.
