How To Improve Skin Elasticity On Body – Sleep Right And Unique Exercise Often In 2022

9 min read

How to improve skin elasticity on the body? People have always wondered about how to have younger looking skin. Nobody can talk about skin aging without first knowing what collagen is. Collagen is a fibrous protein that supports the elastic tissues of your body, basically holding your entire body together.

So, why is it important to know how to take care of your skin? You may not be aware that collagen and elastin are the main proteins responsible for keeping your skin firm and flexible. Without these two proteins, your skin will be sagging and wrinkled. What is more, sun exposure causes collagen and elastin production to decrease overtime. And this has been proven by medical experts over time.

So, how to keep your skin firm and wrinkle-free? First, you should try to limit your exposure to the sun. You should also stay away from smoking, as smoking can damage the elasticity of your skin tremendously. If you can’t quit smoking, then at least try to cut down your cigarette intake to around one stick per day.

How To Improve Skin Elasticity On Body – How To Stop Aging Forever

Another good solution that you can do at home is to take collagen, vitamin E, and marine collagen supplements or vesicles. These three ingredients work hand in hand to improve your skin’s elasticity. These three supplements improve collagen and elastin production naturally. As a result, your skin becomes firmer and more youthful-looking. And to make sure that you’re not damaging your skin, you can also try using a sun protection product with SPF 30 and above. Some of the best anti-aging products available today contain such ingredients.

In addition, you may also use a special collagen and elastin serum, which contain zinc oxide and copper amino acid. These two ingredients are very effective in enhancing skin elasticity. They can reverse the signs of aging such as wrinkles and sagging. As a result, your skin becomes more resilient and less prone to wrinkling and sagging. This is one of the reasons why the most popular anti-wrinkle cream on the market today contains these ingredients.

If you want to avoid wrinkles and sagging skin, you have to get enough sleep, as well as exercise regularly. These two things are extremely important if you want to look younger. A good night’s sleep, a daily dose of exercise, and a daily dose of collagen and elastin supplements can significantly improve your appearance and improve your health as well.

What Are The Most Important Factors in Collagen Production?

One of the things that a dermatologist often suggests when his or her patient is looking for a skin care remedy is a collagen production regimen. Collagen is a protein, present both in humans and animals, that gives the skin its elasticity and strength. It is a naturally occurring  substance in various parts of the body. For example, it is found in skin, bones, and ligaments, and in the tendons that connect bone to the muscles. When natural collagen production diminishes with age, skin loses its firmness and flexibility.

In order to maintain collagen production, the hydrated skin has to make more of this protein, called elastin. This can happen through diet, exercise, and ultraviolet light exposure. However, studies have shown that increasing vitamin C levels by taking vitamin C supplements, or eating foods that contain vitamin C and E, has a better effect on skin health than simply using topical antioxidant compounds. Vitamin C improves the function of several structural proteins, including collagen production. Sun exposure may boost vitamin C levels in your body, but many experts believe that the skin only benefits from vitamin C through vitamin E.

Another protein made by the body that is affected by age is the hyaluronic acid. This is the glue that keeps the cells of the skin bound together. Hyaluronic acid tends to break down with age as a result of low levels of this protein. New collagen and elastin are not formed as much as they should be, because hyaluronic acid is broken down by enzymes in the skin. One way to increase hyaluronic acid is to increase the number of collagen and elastin cells you have in your tissues, or to stimulate the enzyme that breaks it down, hyaluronidase. A product that combines these two proteins, glucosamine, is a good way to improve your hyaluronic acid level.

How to Increase Collagen Production Naturally Without a Dermatologist

Do you know how to increase collagen production? When you are young, your skin naturally produces enough collagen to keep it firm and supple. But as you get older, your body naturally slows down the production of collagen (an essential protein that makes your skin firm and tight) and as a result, your skin becomes wrinkled and loose. Collagen cannot be created or even regenerated like other tissues in your body. That is why you have to use some of the best skincare products on the market if you want to maintain youthful, wrinkle-free skin.

Wrinkles develop because of the loss of connective tissue – the tissue that holds your skin firm and keeps it taut. The production of collagen and elastin slows down as we age and our bodies produce less of them. But even though there are lots of skincare products on the market designed to help you achieve younger looking skin, you still need to make some lifestyle changes to slow down the process. If you smoke, stop. Regular smoking reduces the production of elastin and collagen. So if you want to reduce wrinkles and keep your skin elastic, then quit smoking!

If you don’t like the idea of stopping smoking or changing your lifestyle to go along with using some of the best anti-aging treatments, then you might want to consult a dermatologist who can help increase collagen production. There are a number of dermatology treatments available, including dermabrasion, chemical peels, and thermage. These treatments can help. But your best bet is to talk to a dermatologist who has experience treating your exact type of wrinkles and skin care concerns so you get the results you want. He or she can help you decide which treatment is right for you.

Omega 3 Fatty Acids

Omegas omega 3 fatty acids are a type of fat that are derived from plant and animal origin foods and are the most common fat in modern diets. Omegas are highly beneficial to our health because they are fat-soluble, which means that they can be stored easily in our body and used when we need them. The reason why fatty acids are important to human health is that they can actually enter our bloodstream and then react with the DNA of cells to create new genes and protein molecules. This makes it possible for the human body to maintain many healthy traits including weight loss, improved immune function, reduced risk of cardiovascular disease, reduced inflammation, etc.

Omegas are found in fatty fish, walnuts, flax seeds, olives, canola, and other plant sources. The fatty acids found in fish oil are considered to be essential fats, while those from walnuts, flax seeds, olives, and canola are considered nonessential fats. Omegas are found in the human brain and other areas important for brain function such as the retina, where they are believed to support proper brain cell function. This further supports the benefits of an abundant omega 3 fat to the brain.

Another great benefit of consuming omega fatty acids is reducing the risk of heart disease, which is partially caused by a buildup of “bad” cholesterol (LDL). If you want to reduce your risk of heart disease, you will likely need to increase your consumption of foods high in monounsaturated fats and decrease your consumption of saturated fats, salt, and sugar. While reducing your intake of these “triggers” may be difficult to do on a long term basis, they are easily achieved by adding more fish, nuts, olives, and canola to your diet. The fat-soluble form of the fatty acids is better for your health if consumed at a relatively low level over a long period of time.

Reverse Your Age By 20 Years With Cosmic Mike

[00:00:00.360]

And can I reverse my age, you know, this is a question I’ve been asked many times when someone comes to our store or asks for supplements because there are a lot of, you know, supplements out there marketed for antiaging, a lot of products. I’m sure you’ve heard of collagen, you’ve heard of different antioxidants. But, you know, is there one thing that creates the aging process to slow down? I discussed with Mike and welcomed another episode of One Man, Benzi.

[00:00:33.630]

And, you know, there is not always going to be one thing that slows the aging process. It’s a combination of things. And I just wanted to bring out, you know, how the aging process in a nutshell comes about. It’s basically free radical damage. But we’re going through a process where the reactor, the oxygen, especially the fat tissues, where the oxygen molecules are taken up and that causes metabolism where free radicals are naturally produced. And this is how we eat, where the cells are cycling and coming back new every few weeks or a few months.

[00:01:09.150]

Generally, it’s about thirty six days when we have basically a new body. And depending on how fast this process is happening is how we are going to be aging now, you know, free radical damage, it’s occurring naturally, which is a part of aging and but it can be speeded up by because of the environment, because of the food that we eat, the processed food and thoughts, the stress level. And, you know, we can slow that process a little bit down by making sure the free radical damage that’s happening and the antioxidants which are in it are blocking that free radicals scavenger from really taking over the system.

[00:01:53.790]

So if the free diet of the damage is happening more or more often, then the input of these antioxidants, then the aging process basically is speeding up. And that’s where you see some people eat a lot faster than they are their age and some don’t know. Of course, there’s a lot of DNA, there’s a lot of genetics that’s, you know, that play, too. But generally is what you’re exposing yourself to, the chemicals in the environment, the processed food, how much you’re having.

[00:02:22.560]

And basically, there are three things that take place in the aging process, the free radical damage that happens by these oxidation of nutrients, the enzyme depletion where we are not getting enough enzymes from the food that we’re eating, which helps in every process, enzymes in general, help in every chemical process that’s happening in the system and, of course, the cosmos. And also so if those two are, you know, slow down and make sure we are getting all these antioxidants, basically, where do we get these antioxidants?

[00:02:57.840]

Well, if you’ve seen the rainbow of color, of food, where everything in nature has a different color, that’s why we have red, green, blue, orange, yellow. So all those are vibrant when looking at those fruits or vegetables, those are vibrant in those antioxidants, maybe flavonoids, maybe tannin’s may be preventatives. These are high in antioxidants, which are kind of preventing that or slowing that free radical damage or kind of making sure they get the body, gets rid of those free radicals damages that is happening or is producing those toxins quickly and, you know, in a very speedy process.

[00:03:41.370]

That’s why it’s important to get a rainbow in your plate where you have these different colors of fruits and vegetables, not if you’re not getting most of these in your diet because, you know, nowadays the exposure we have in chemicals with the stress level and in the environment and maybe the type of food, we just don’t have enough antioxidants to prevent that or slow that free radical damage down. And that’s why your supplementation is kind of necessary or is important.

[00:04:10.860]

And just want to go through a quick list, which I’ve seen in the past 20 years, some of these nutrients that are great alpha, lipoic acid, any AC, vitamin C, of course, vitamin B, but even bigger than those or larger antioxidants. If you see in the market nowadays grapeseed extracts which have a high amount of prolactin and, you know, reserve told that’s coming from wine and that’s why the wine industry took off. But, you know, I have a different answer to that because it has the alcohol.

[00:04:41.850]

But, you know, those grapes have those antioxidants. And a lot of Europe’s like arginine or Yoovidhya is one of the high antioxidant turmeric is one of those antioxidants which not only prevents the damage, but also makes sure it’s depleted or taken away from the body, you know. Ion, which is produced in the system also as an antioxidant that prevents all of that toxins that are built up in the liver to cleanse the liver and make sure it goes through the colon.

[00:05:10.160]

So antioxidant level is important. And I would just go ahead and buy all the supplements with antioxidants. But what you want to do is how much, you know, free radical damage that you’re exposed to. Naturally, you’re going through a process anyways. But it would be great to include that in your diet, where you have all the berries, the strawberries, the blueberries and blackberries, the red berries, you know, a lot of those grains, a lot those nuts also have those antioxidants, lentils have those antioxidants.

[00:05:38.480]

So, you know, a good natural amount of antioxidants is very important in the diet and a wide spectrum of colors, which are very important in the diet. And you can supplement some of these supplements on a general regular basis where they will prevent that aging process and, of course, help boost the immune system, which also is a part of aging. Also, if the immune system is shattered or not able to keep up, then obviously you will age faster because the body’s going to use a lot of resources.

[00:06:11.930]

So I hope that was a quick nutshell. But antiaging and antioxidants, which you all the best be safe with. This is cosmic, Mike. Happy Jurnee, happy life. And to everyone, see you on Friday. Thank you.
