Items on our site can be classified one of two ways: ‘in stock’ or ‘backordered’. Ninety-five percent of the time, products you see online are in stock and ready to ship. If those items are temporarily out of stock, it will say so on the website and you will see it in your shopping cart with the label “BACKORDERED”.
These will process with your order as normal, and will ship the same day if your confirmed order is placed before 11:00 am EST. All orders placed at 11:01 am EST or after will ship the following business day.
While these items may be temporarily out of stock, you can still order them from our site. You will not be charged until we have the item in stock, and it ships to you.
Shipping Methods & Costs
The method and cost of shipment will depend on the options you choose. Once you are in the shopping cart, you will be presented with multiple options:
- Standard Shipping
- Ground Shipping
- Second Day Shipping
- Next-Day Air
- Overnight Priority
You can choose whichever option best fits your requirement and budget. Your package will be assigned a tracking number based on your choice.
Shipping Rules & Restrictions
- Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday, with the exception of observed holidays that fall on weekdays in the United States and Canada.
- You are only charged on items that are shipped to you. You are not charged for items on backorder.

Track Your Order
When and how can I track my order?
Once your order is complete, a tracking number will be generated from the shipper. This tracking number will show up in your member profile within 3 hours – 3 days of completing your order. The speed of this number showing up has nothing to do with us, and everything to do with the shipper.
Any order you place on Peach Vitamins can be shipped any one of several ways. Every so often, a carrier may not provide shipping information due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, your order status may not contain tracking information, but will contain other details about your order. The information below will clarify the difference between tracking information and order status.

Tracking information is a part of your order status. There are 3 possible order status dispositions:
- Order confirmed and shipped
- Order confirmed and on backorder
- Incomplete and unconfirmed order
